Check before starting the equipment
After entering the plant, a professional should conduct circuit inspection before the main power supply is turned on to ensure that the circuit is not damaged, knotted or poorly connected. If there is any abnormality, please complete the process and start the power supply. Check the voltage and current loops after the power is turned on.
Check the chiller and the laser for water or ice.
- If the coolant is not put before the festival, you must check the water cooler and all pipes inside and outside the laser, whether the ball valves and pipe connections are frosted and cracked before starting. If there is any above phenomenon, please contact Raycus or the system supplier in time. Visually check whether the electrical connections of the laser and the water cooler are tight, and whether the water pipe lines are damaged or knotted. If conditions permit, the water chiller can be started after the new coolant is replaced.
- If the laser and water cooler have been emptied of coolant before the festival, after resuming work, just fill the laser or water cooler with the specified amount of coolant, reconnect the power line, confirm that there is no freezing, and the equipment can be directly turned on; if the equipment If the ambient temperature is below 5°C, leave it for a while after adding cooling water, or use a warm air device to blow the internal pipe of the water cooler for a period of time to confirm that there is no freezing, and then turn on the device.
Note: When the laser and water cooler are started for the first time after adding water, the flow rate may be low due to the air in the pipe, and then a water flow alarm will appear. If this happens, please use the exhaust hole of the water pump to exhaust the water circulation or 10 Restart the water pump several times at intervals of -20 seconds; after the start of work, if the water does not freeze at the local temperature, you can clean the antifreeze in the equipment and replace it with pure water; if the local temperature is low and the water freezes, you need to continue to use the antifreeze. Set the correct water chiller temperature, currently 25±0.5℃ is applicable in most domestic areas.
Visually check whether the laser and gas supply gas circuit interface are tight, whether the gas pipe line is damaged, knotted, etc. Conditions allow for ventilation testing, and at the same time, clean up the gas supply equipment and gas path as much as possible.
2. Preparations before the operation of the laser equipment
Familiar with the operating instructions and procedures, wear protective equipment as required; ensure that the machine tool, cutting head, and power distribution cabinet are in an orderly manner, free of debris, oil, and other potential safety hazards.
Check the cleanliness of the lens under the guidance of the system provider. The cleanliness of the lens directly affects the performance and quality of laser processing;
Visually check whether the optical fiber is abnormally bent, whether the optical fiber connector (QBH head or QD head) is correctly inserted into the processing optical head, and whether the sealing of the interface is done well.
After the conditions are met, you can start the machine tool power supply and the laser power supply, observe the laser self-check and operate the cutting software to return to the machine origin, and manually calibrate.
Test the coaxial and confirm that the cutting procedures, process parameters, nozzles, and gases are consistent with the cutting material. It is recommended that the machine tool runs at high speed and no-load for more than ten minutes without light output before light testing.
If everything is normal with the laser and the processing system, processing and production can be carried out.
